DC Municipal Regulation providing for accurate, consistent and reproducible water quality monitoring data for decisionmaking urposes. This applies to ambient surface and ground water quality monitoring, special monitoring studies, compliance monitoring, monitoring required as a part of a permit, or to modify a permit, and self-monitoring of discharges.
