The following is a compilation of financial incentives for environmental improvements that are available to residents of
the District of Columbia. Many of these incentives target District homeowners and renters, but some are also available
to commercial property or business owners and non‐profit organizations.
The incentives listed in this are organized into four categories:
- energy,
- water,
- hazard mitigation, and
- transportation.
