Pursuant to Section 201 of the Clean and Affordable Energy Act of 2008, D.C. Law 17-250, the Sustainable Energy Utility ("DC SEU") is responsible for submitting quarterly reports. The report details the progress made by DC SEU towards implementing energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. The report are prepared by the DC SEU and as designated Contract Administrator, DDOE has fully reviewed and approved the attached quarterly reports.
