Anacostia 2032 Plan for a Fishable and Swimmable Anacostia River

This Plan takes as its starting point the twin goals of making the Anacostia River fishable and swimmable; goals which evolved from standards originally laid out in the Clean Water Act.  The Plan then describes the strategies that the District will employ to achieve these goals.
